We love it when our clients come to us and say we've got a rebrand coming up, part of it is the secrecy that we know something exciting, and our creativity goes into overdrive!
A fresh page to start all over!
First of all, we sign the NDA, then we jump way into the future and start getting excited about products, colours and possibilities. Then, after spending the clients annual budget ten times over, we come off the ceiling, calm down and arrange a meeting with the client to chat through what their first brief is with the new logo!
It's just so exciting, visualising all the product possibilities and then bringing it into a manageable presentation for their team to digest and check we have fulfilled the brief perfectly!
Our perfectionist traits come to full flow when trusted with a new logo for a client (of course, not that we don't care when it's not a new logo to us). It will be the first time anyone has ever seen the new branding on a promotional product, and we need to get those first impressions just perfect for our client.
Double checking to get it perfect.
We will test proofs on different materials and have pre-production samples to double-check the pantone colour and final positioning before the order is delivered.
Recently, Stanton Precast (formerly Stanton Bonna), having become part of the SATEBA company, tasked us with producing a package for the team to introduce the new company logo to the team. It would also need to be postable as some are working from home and require a coordinated drop!
We discussed with the client various ideas, and they wanted the team to be at the centre of the gift packs. After a few quotes, lots of visuals ideas and samples, they decided to go for a High Visibility Rucksack - to keep the team visible, a snood to wear as a face mask or to keep warm. Sunflower seeds to mark the occasion and grow in the garden; they made this interactive by sharing an online area for the team and a bamboo stylus pen with a soft top for screen tapping!
Once we had received the items into our warehouse, we packed with extra love and care, ready for posting along with a personalised letter Royal Mail directly to the team working from home, and shipped the balance over to HQ for a desk drop!
SATEBA Stanton Precast commented
"We use Pellacraft because they go the extra mile to ensure we get the gifts we ask for. From the first enquiry through to delivery they are efficient and helpful. Even if we want something that is not listed on their website, they will track it down and give us a competitive price – it's a 10 out of 10 from us for a fab team."
We can't wait to see what is added to the range next... we can't tell you as we don't want to spoil any suprises!
Thank you for your on going support, you have always been a wonderful customer and we can't wait to work with you on more exciting projects! #TeamPella
