We stock your merchandise here at Pellacraft in our warehouse. All stock received in is quality checked, counted with an inventory produced to add into our system. This then sits on the shelves, all fully insured and ready to despatch exactly when you need it. We can even house your complimentary items, brochures, and leaflets too (for a small charge).
This means that you can call off your stock by phone, email, or web service. Whichever way best suits your needs for your event or to send directly to your customer ready for a meeting.
Our web ordering service is the most popular as it works 24/7 so can work around when you or your team is ready to place order, checks stocks and add in your required delivery address. The way that we set up the system, it means that you can have multiple users, all with different access levels.
Orders received by 2pm on a working day are despatched that day to your required destination using the service of your choice. We work with Royal Mail, FedEx, TNT, UPS and DPD for local and international deliveries along with a network of local same day delivery vans should your delivery be super urgent. Very often we have multiple vans off to do drops for clients that are launching a product or running campaigns around the country.
We have all experienced those last-minute panic requests; when someone drops it on you or thinks that it has been sorted by someone else. We will always work with you to help where we can. We have been known to pop in and organise Saturday and Sunday deliveries to get our customers out of sticky situations!
