It is vitally important to ensure that you drink enough water each and every day. However, whether you are at work or you are at home, it can be hard to remember that you need to drink on a regular basis. When it comes to your employees, a simple way that you can ensure that they drink plenty is to offer them a promotional water bottle that they can keep on their desks. This will give them access to plenty of water on a day to day basis and be a visual reminder of actually having a drink.
Get running with couch to 5k
Running might not be for everyone, but it can be a great way to get fit and to make sure that you are active. For someone who is not used to running and wants to get started, couch to 5k is a great option. In order to use this, you simply need to download the app to your phone and then you can follow it to build up your ability and your stamina to be able to run further and for longer periods of time. Another important way to look after yourself is to eat well. Of course, it is still great to have treats, but eating healthy foods will improve your physical wellbeing. The idea of journaling is that you can write down your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Being able to physically write this down and make sense of it, is a great way to improve your mental wellbeing.
